We seek inventive solutions to specific customer problems to bring new levels of efficiency, customer service and product discriminators to their market place. This approach is normally favoured by customers as they have one point of contact eliminating supplier conflict and the cost and schedule penalties normally associated with large multi-disciplined projects. Our skill lies in our people - people who have many years of experience working with leading edge technology, handling large international projects. Dealing with different cultures and languages in the international market place requires a skill only real experience can bring. The first stage of such a project is to undertake a study, working with the customer to define the best solutions and then submitting one or a number of proposals for consideration, identifying the key system features and benefits, the recommended technology and the possible suppliers of these technologies / products. Cost parameters are of prime consideration in such a project and therefore a detailed cost report is supplied as a part of the submitted proposal. Schedule is related to cost and technology therefore this important area is addressed. It may be that a phased approach is recommended and the proposal would reflect the different stages and their benefits. Once a customer has decided on the best solution a formal contract and statement of work are drawn up stating work share, responsibilities, schedules, costs, reporting methods and time scales, and interfaces etc. Today it is generally understood that industry must re-invest to remain competitive and most general managers know what they must do.
